In India today the ratio of AUTISM is 1 in 50. The warning bell is already alarming, but still our society is trying to avoid the problem. According to society CP means handicapped MR means abnormal and Autistic means MAD. Still nearly 50% of our doctors, even a huge number of neurologists, don’t even know the real problems and conditions of Autism. Few reject to declare any one autistic and according to few it’s curable.
Youthiverse will raise funds to organize, establish, develop and implement India’s first dedicated Autism focused school. We are supported by our partners at “Celebrate the Children”, an Autism school in NJ USA where we will leverage their years of expertise in Autism Education to provide guidance and enhance our programs. Youthiverse’s special differentiator is aligning high-tech. solutions for projects, in this case implementing e-learning based Autism educational programs. With our raised funds we will secure real estate, implement construction of the school building itself, supply course materials, teachers, and educational supporting technologies such as mobile devices, tablets, laptops, broadband connectivity (wired/wireless), eCourses/eMaterials-Courseware, software/OS environments and other necessary supplies to enable properly focused autistic education. This project will give India’s parents of Autistic children, the opportunity to place their children in a dedicated school with specialized care, currently lacking in India’s traditional schools. Youthiverse will add a unique tech focused approach in providing enhanced e-education solutions for special needs children.
